2Serving suggestion
The Pizza Flour mix can be used in any pizza dough recipe as a substitute for wheat flour. The mix contains the salt that needed.

For example: mix 500 g powder with 400 ml water, 5 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 20-25 g fresh yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer and combine for 8-10 minutes. Cover the bowl and put it in a warm area to let it double in size, about 40-50 minutes. Roll out the dough into large rounds and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C . Top the dough with the sauce and your desired toppings and bake for another 5 minutes at 160°C.

Directions for use:

Preheat oven to 180 °C. In a large bowl, mix the powder with 5 medium eggs and 0,8 dl water. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat the compands until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Transfer the batter to the prepared cake form and bake it for about 18-20 minutes.

The prepared sponge cake weighs around 550 g.
