Pizza flour mix

Wheat flour, wheat gluten, vegetable fiber (sugar cane), salt, maltodextrin, flour treatment agents (L-cysteine, ascorbic acid), enzymes.
2Serving suggestion
The Pizza Flour mix can be used in any pizza dough recipe as a substitute for wheat flour. The mix contains the salt that needed.
For example: mix 500 g powder with 400 ml water, 5 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 20-25 g fresh yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer and combine for 8-10 minutes. Cover the bowl and put it in a warm area to let it double in size, about 40-50 minutes. Roll out the dough into large rounds and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C . Top the dough with the sauce and your desired toppings and bake for another 5 minutes at 160°C.
